Mrs. Petrova, I'm Emma, your midwife. Thanks for coming in today. How have you been feeling since your last appointment at Liverpool Hospital, especially with the swelling?

At twenty-six weeks, we recommend a glucose tolerance test to check for gestational diabetes, since your family has a history of it. You'll need to fast beforehand.
