Managing Depression: GP Consultation
GP (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Bulgarian) talk through “Managing Depression: GP Consultation”. You interpret both ways — English into Bulgarian, and Bulgarian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Before we start, tell me honestly how you've been feeling emotionally and physically over the past three weeks.
Have you noticed any changes in your appetite, energy levels or concentration, and have you had any thoughts of harming yourself?
This sounds consistent with depression rather than just stress. I'd like to refer you to a psychologist and also share Beyond Blue's helpline for extra support.
Not necessarily — many people continue working during treatment, unless your symptoms make that unsafe for you or your colleagues. We'll monitor this together closely.
It varies depending on availability. I'll send the referral today, and if you haven't heard back within two weeks, please contact the clinic directly yourself.
Let's also book a follow-up appointment with me in two weeks to check how you're coping and adjust this plan if needed.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Bulgarian dialogues · All languages
