Mr Aung, you mentioned your right ear has felt blocked and muffled for five days—have you noticed any pain, discharge, or ringing sounds?
မနာပါဘူး ဆရာဝန်ရေ၊ ဒါပေမဲ့ ငါးရက်လောက်ကတည်းက နားထဲမှာ ရေဝင်နေသလိုခံစားရပြီး အသံတွေကလည်း တိတ်ဆိတ်နေသလိုပါ။ ဆီးခဲ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အနံ့ထွက်တာတော့ မရှိပါဘူး။
Looking inside, I can see a noticeable buildup of earwax blocking the canal. I'd suggest olive oil drops each night for one week before we check again.

Tilt your head gently sideways, put three or four drops in, and stay still for a few minutes. Please don't insert cotton buds into the ear.
