Let's start with what changed at your workplace after you told your supervisor about your accent complaint last month. When exactly did the shift changes begin?
Sve je počelo prije otprilike dva mjeseca, kada me je nadzornik počeo ismijavati zbog naglaska pred cijelim timom. Ubrzo nakon toga smanjili su mi smjene s pet na dva dana tjedno.
Did you report this to HR or your manager at the time, and did any of your colleagues witness these comments directly?
Da, prijavio sam to voditeljici ljudskih resursa, ali rekla mi je da se slučaj neće dalje istraživati jer nemam pisanih dokaza. Jedna kolegica je sve čula, ali boji se svjedočiti.
