Online Shopping Refund Dispute – Lodging an NCAT Application
NCAT Registry Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking Croatian) talk through “Online Shopping Refund Dispute – Lodging an NCAT Application”. You interpret both ways — English into Croatian, and Croatian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

You're through to the NCAT registry help line. Can you tell me what happened with the item you bought online?
Before lodging your application, you'll need evidence — your invoice, clear photos of the damage, and any emails or messages showing the seller refused a refund.
Yes, there is a lodging fee, but it can be reduced or waived if you hold a concession card or are experiencing hardship.
Kada bih otprilike mogla očekivati datum ročišta?
NCAT will contact you once your application is processed to arrange a hearing date; I can't give you an exact number of weeks.
If the member rules in your favour, they can order Kogan to refund you, but no outcome is guaranteed before the evidence is heard.
Koliko fotografija i dokumenata trebam priložiti uz zahtjev?
Include at least three clear photos of the damage, your invoice, and any emails with the seller — that's usually enough evidence to support your claim.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Croatian dialogues · All languages
