Thanks for calling Fair Trading New South Wales today. Can you please walk me through what happened with the mechanic in Wollongong last week?
Did you receive a written quote before the work started, and how much were you actually charged once the repairs were finished?
So you were quoted four hundred and fifty dollars but ended up being charged seven hundred and eighty. Do you still have that written quote?
Razumijem.
If the mechanic doesn't respond within fourteen days, you can lodge a formal written complaint with Fair Trading New South Wales online today.
If that doesn't resolve the matter, you can apply to NCAT, the tribunal that handles consumer disputes, for a small filing fee.
Koliko bi to moglo potrajati? Nemam puno slobodnog vremena, radim cijeli tjedan, a ne želim trošiti previše novca na sudske troškove.
I'll lodge your complaint today, request copies of the invoice and quote, and give the mechanic fourteen days to respond in writing.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Croatian dialogues · All languages
