Good afternoon, Mrs. Novotná. Before we start, can you tell me how your son's breathing has been this past week, especially overnight?
Byl dost unavený a v noci často kašlal, hlavně kolem třetí hodiny ranní. Minulý týden to bylo nejhorší.
Has he needed his blue reliever puffer more than twice a week, or has he been waking up coughing at night?
Používá modrý inhalátor asi třikrát týdně, hlavně po tělocviku ve škole.
Always shake the inhaler well before each use, then attach the spacer and give one puff at a time — never two puffs together without shaking again.
Musím ten nástavec protřepat pokaždé, i když ho použiju hned po sobě dvakrát?
That's exactly right. I'll write up a formal written asthma action plan today, and we'll go through it together at his next review in six weeks.
