Hi Mrs. Novak, I'm Sarah, the triage nurse here at Wollongong Hospital tonight. Can you tell me exactly when your breathing became this difficult?
Začalo to asi před třicet minutami, měla jsem pocit tíhy na hrudi a pískání při dýchání, teď se mi špatně dýchá i v klidu.
Have you used your blue reliever puffer at all today, and do you happen to have a spacer with you now?
Použila jsem ho dvakrát, ale nijak to nepomohlo, a spacer bohužel doma nemám, nenapadlo mě ho vzít.
We're going to give you four puffs of Ventolin through a spacer every twenty minutes, along with some oxygen to support your levels.
Dobře, ale bojím se, že mi to zrychlí srdce, minule jsem se po tom cítila hodně nervózní.
That's a common side effect from the medication and it should settle soon. If your breathing doesn't improve within twenty minutes, we'll start a nebuliser instead.

As long as your oxygen saturation level stays above ninety-five percent and you're breathing comfortably, you won't need to stay in hospital overnight.
