Mr Dvořák, before we begin the examination, could you describe exactly how you injured your back while lifting boxes at the warehouse yesterday afternoon?
Zvedal jsem těžké krabice ve skladu v Bendigu a najednou mě v kříži bodla ostrá bolest. Nemohl jsem se narovnat asi deset minut.
On a scale from zero to ten, how severe is the pain right now, and does it radiate down either leg, or cause any numbness?
Bolest bych řekl na sedm z deseti. Cítím mravenčení v levé noze, ale žádnou necitlivost necítím.
I'd like to refer you for an X-ray at Bendigo Health this afternoon, so we can rule out anything serious before planning your treatment.
