Mrs Nováková, thank you for bringing your mother back for her follow-up today. How has she been managing at home since our last visit?
Bohužel se to zhoršilo, paní doktorko. Minulý týden zapomněla vypnout sporák a jednou odešla z domu a nemohla najít cestu zpátky.
That sounds concerning. Has she been taking her donepezil every day, and did anyone get hurt during that stove incident?
Ne, nikomu se nic nestalo, ale bála jsem se požáru. Léky bere pravidelně, i když občas zapomene, jestli si je vzala.
Her cognitive test today scored eighteen out of thirty, slightly lower than last time. I'd like to increase her donepezil dose gradually.
Nezpůsobí to víc zmatenosti? Bojím se, aby jí nebylo hůř, když se dávka zvýší.
It shouldn't, if we increase it slowly and monitor her closely. I'd like to see her again here in three months, not elsewhere.
Dobře, to mě uklidňuje. Potřebujeme ale i pomoc doma, protože už na ni sama nestačím.
