Could you walk me through what's happened with your daughter since Wednesday, including how often she's had loose stools and how she's coping?
Od středy má hodně vodnaté průjmy, asi šestkrát denně, ale naštěstí zatím nezvracela.
Has she had a fever, any blood in her stools, or does she seem reluctant to drink, even small amounts of water?
Horečku nemá a v stolici jsem krev neviděla, ale odpoledne odmítala pít i jen po doušcích vodu.
For now, give her small sips of an oral rehydration solution such as Hydralyte every ten to fifteen minutes, and avoid sugary drinks, cordial or plain fruit juice.
Máme doma dětský Imodium, můžu jí ho dát, aby se jí to zastavilo rychleji?
Antidiarrhoeal medicines like Imodium aren't recommended for children under twelve, so please focus on fluids instead; if she vomits repeatedly or becomes drowsy, take her straight to Bendigo Health's emergency department.

She needs to stay home until twenty-four hours have passed since her last loose stool, otherwise she risks spreading the infection to other children at school.
