Full transcript
Hello Mr. Kovář, I'm the palliative care nurse coordinating your mother's care at Bendigo Health this week. How has her pain and breathing been since last night?
Did she take the full five milligrams of morphine as prescribed at ten o'clock, or only part of the dose?
If her pain doesn't settle by tonight, we can safely increase the dose slightly, but only with your mother's agreement and consent.
Dobře, zeptám se jí, jestli s tím bude souhlasit. Mimochodem, kdy asi dorazí ta nemocniční postel, kterou jsme minulý týden objednali?
It usually arrives within a couple of days after ordering, though delivery times can vary depending on current stock and your location.
Rozumím, že se to může lišit. A kdo tu postel doveze - musíme být doma celý den, nebo nám dají vědět předem?
A contracted equipment provider delivers it, and they'll usually call about an hour beforehand each time, so you won't need to wait home all day.
Yes, would Thursday afternoon at your mother's home suit both of you for a short meeting to briefly discuss the updated care plan?
Ano, čtvrteční odpoledne nám oběma vyhovuje. Děkuji vám za všechnu pomoc a trpělivost.
