Personal Injury Claim Follow-Up
Claims Assessor (speaking English) and Client (speaking Czech) talk through “Personal Injury Claim Follow-Up”. You interpret both ways — English into Czech, and Czech into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for coming in today, Mr. Novák. I've reviewed your claim about the crash on the Hume Highway on 3 June. How has your back injury affected your daily work since then?
Bolest je pořád dost silná, hlavně v dolní části zad. Nemůžu zvedat těžké krabice v práci a minulý týden jsem musel vynechat tři směny.
Which hospital treated you immediately after the accident, and how many physiotherapy sessions have you completed with them so far?
Ošetřili mě v Nemocnici John Hunter hned po nehodě a od té doby jsem absolvoval šest fyzioterapeutických sezení.
Have you already provided your medical certificates, recent payslips, and the employer's letter confirming your missed shifts to our office?
Výplatní pásky a dopis od zaměstnavatele jsem už poslal, ale lékařské potvrzení ještě nemám, protože doktor ho vystaví až příští týden.
You'll need an independent medical exam with our panel doctor. If you don't attend, we can't finalise your compensation amount.
Dobře, tomu rozumím. Kdy a kde se mám na to vyšetření dostavit?
NRMA Insurance has booked you for 10am next Thursday at the Newcastle clinic. Please bring your referral letter and identification.
Děkuji za informace. Kdybych měl ještě nějaké otázky, můžu se ozvat přímo vám, nebo mám volat na hlavní linku?
You can call me directly on my mobile, or ring the main claims line — either option will reach me quickly.
Výborně, díky za vysvětlení. Zavolám vám přímo, pokud budu něco potřebovat.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- nrma insurancePonechat jako vlastní jméno 'NRMA Insurance' beze změny, případně dodat 'pojišťovna NRMA'.
- referral letterPřeložit jako „doporučení“ nebo „doporučující dopis“.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Czech dialogues · All languages
