Thanks for calling today about your claim. Can you tell me exactly what happened during the break-in at your home in Bankstown last night?
Dobrý den. Včera večer jsem se vrátila domů z práce a zjistila jsem, že zadní dveře byly vypáčené a celý byt byl prohledaný.

Ano, hned ráno jsem to nahlásila na policii a dostala jsem číslo události, mám ho napsané, můžu vám ho přečíst.
Good, please give me that number for our records. Now, can you list all the stolen items and their approximate total value?
