Mr Dvořák, could you tell me what your home blood pressure readings have been like this week?
Ano, měřil jsem si to každý den ráno a večer. Většinou to bylo kolem sto čtyřicet na devadesát, ale včera to bylo sto padesát na sto.
That's higher than we'd like to see. Have you noticed any headaches, dizziness, or blurred vision along with those readings?
Občas mě bolí hlava, hlavně ráno, ale závratě jsem neměl. Jen jsem byl minulý týden hodně unavený.
I'd like to refer you to a doctor at Bendigo Health this week, since your readings suggest we may need to adjust your medication.
Dobře, ale mám si dál zapisovat tlak doma až do té doby, nebo stačí, když prostě přijdu na kontrolu?
