I'm the palliative care nurse looking after your father today. How was his pain overnight, and did he manage to sleep comfortably?

We can increase his morphine slightly, provided he isn't vomiting. Has he managed to swallow any fluids since breakfast, even just water?

HammondCare has a home palliative team who can visit twice a week to check his symptoms. Would that suit your family's current situation?
