That sounds like seasonal allergic rhinitis, likely triggered by grass pollen this time of year. How many days has this been going on for?
Es ist jetzt seit ungefähr zehn Tagen so, seit das Wetter wärmer geworden ist. Ich habe noch nichts dagegen genommen.
I'd recommend a non-drowsy antihistamine tablet once daily, plus a corticosteroid nasal spray if your congestion doesn't improve within a few days.
Wie oft am Tag sollte ich das Nasenspray verwenden, und gibt es Nebenwirkungen wie Schläfrigkeit?
Use the spray twice daily, morning and evening—two sprays per nostril. The antihistamine shouldn't cause drowsiness, but avoid alcohol just in case.
