Thanks for coming in, Mr Fischer. Your blood pressure today is one hundred fifty over ninety five, which is still a bit high. How have you been feeling?
Ich fühle mich in letzter Zeit oft müde, und morgens wird mir manchmal schwindelig, wenn ich schnell aufstehe.
Have you been taking the tablets every day, or have you missed any doses? Any side effects like dizziness or swelling in your ankles?
Ehrlich gesagt vergesse ich sonntags manchmal die Tablette, aber sonst habe ich keine Nebenwirkungen bemerkt.
Consistency matters a lot. The Heart Foundation recommends cutting back on salt and getting at least thirty minutes of exercise most days.
Zu Hause kochen wir oft mit Wurst und Speck, wie es in Deutschland üblich ist. Sollte ich das ändern?
Try to avoid processed meats and added salt when cooking. If your blood pressure doesn't settle, we may need to adjust your dosage.

A beer occasionally is fine, but try to limit it to one or two on weekends. Let's book a follow-up in six weeks.
