Good afternoon. Before we choose a treatment together, can you tell me what symptoms you've been experiencing with your hay fever this week?
Καλησπέρα, έχω συνέχεια φτέρνισμα και τα μάτια μου φαγουρίζουν πολύ, ειδικά τις τελευταίες δύο εβδομάδες, από τότε που άρχισε η άνοιξη.
Are your symptoms worse when you're outdoors, especially near grass or pollen, or do they also occur when you're indoors at home?
Ναι, είναι χειρότερα όταν είμαι έξω, ιδίως κοντά σε γρασίδι ή πάρκα. Μέσα στο σπίτι είμαι λίγο καλύτερα, αλλά όχι εντελώς καλά.
I'd suggest a non-drowsy antihistamine tablet. Are you currently taking any other medication, and do you have any history of asthma?

Since you have mild asthma, we'll avoid decongestant tablets altogether. I recommend this nasal spray, used twice daily, alongside one tablet each morning.

This box from Chemist Warehouse contains thirty tablets, enough for one month if you take one daily. The nasal spray should last about six weeks.

The tablets shouldn't cause drowsiness, but please stop driving if you feel unwell. If symptoms don't improve within forty-eight hours, please see your GP soon.
