Hello, I'm Sarah, the palliative care nurse from Flinders Medical Centre. I'd like to talk with you today about your father's care plan for going home this week.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- palliative careપરીક્ષામાં 'પેલિએટિવ કેર' એમ જ અંગ્રેજી શબ્દ બોલવો શ્રેષ્ઠ છે, અથવા સાથે ટૂંકમાં સમજાવવું હોય તો 'દર્દ ઘટાડવા માટેની ઉપશામક સંભાળ' કહી શકાય.
