Good morning, I hear you've been sneezing a lot lately, especially in the mornings. Can you tell me exactly what symptoms you're experiencing with your hay fever?
Do you have any other conditions, like asthma, and are you currently taking any regular medication, for example for blood pressure or heart issues?
I'd recommend a non-drowsy antihistamine, like the one from the pharmacy, taken once daily, which should help control your symptoms effectively.
It's non-drowsy for most people, but if you do feel sleepy, please don't drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
Yes, a nasal spray can help too. Use it for about ten days, and see your GP if there's no improvement after two weeks.
These are over-the-counter, so they're not covered by Medicare, but both items together should cost around fifteen dollars.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.
