Thanks for coming in today. I see from your file you've had diarrhoea - can you tell me when it started and how often you've been going?
यह करीब दो दिन पहले शुरू हुआ था, डॉक्टर। मुझे दिन में पांच-छह बार टॉयलेट जाना पड़ रहा है।
Have you noticed any blood in your stool, or had a fever or vomiting along with the diarrhoea?
नहीं, खून नहीं है, लेकिन कल हल्का बुखार और उल्टी भी हुई थी।
It's important to stay hydrated. Please drink plenty of water, and you can buy oral rehydration sachets from the pharmacy.
मैं पानी तो पी रही हूं, लेकिन भूख बिल्कुल नहीं लग रही।
Take the rehydration salts as directed. If there's no improvement within two days, or if you see blood, go to the emergency department immediately.
डॉक्टर, मेरे दोनों बच्चों को भी ढीला मोशन हो रहा है। क्या मैं उन्हें भी यही दवा दे सकती हूं?
No, please don't give your medication to the children. Oral rehydration salts are safe for children too, but the dose is different, so see their GP first.

I'll give you a medical certificate for two days off work. If symptoms continue after that, please book a follow-up appointment with me.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
