Your son's oxygen saturation has improved slightly since he arrived at Liverpool Hospital's emergency department twenty minutes ago, but he's still wheezing quite badly right now.
Has he used his blue reliever puffer at all today, and if so, how many times before he collapsed at home this morning?
We're giving him a nebuliser with oxygen right now, and if his breathing doesn't settle within the hour, we'll add oral steroids as well.
We'll keep him under observation here for at least four hours before deciding whether he's stable enough to safely go home.
Does he have any known allergies, or was he exposed to smoke, dust, pollen, or strong perfume before this attack started today?
If he doesn't improve within the next two hours, we'll need to admit him to the paediatric ward here overnight for closer monitoring.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.
