Your glucose tolerance test came back today, Ms Lee. The result shows gestational diabetes, so we will need to talk through diet and monitoring changes.
임신성 당뇨라고 하시니 많이 놀랐어요. 아기한테 안 좋은 영향이 있는 건 아닌지 걱정이 돼요.
This means your body isn't managing blood sugar well during pregnancy. We'll check your glucose four times a day and adjust your diet accordingly.
특별히 피해야 할 음식이 있나요? 밥은 어느 정도 먹어도 되는지 궁금해요.
Avoid sugary drinks, white bread and sweets. For rice, limit yourself to about half a cup per meal, and pair it with vegetables and protein.
