I'm Grace, the palliative care nurse from Bendigo Health. I've come to talk through your father's care plan and check what support your family needs at home today.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
