Good afternoon, Mr Zazai. Your blood pressure reading today is one hundred sixty-two over ninety-eight, which is higher than we would like it to be.

High blood pressure can increase your risk of stroke and heart disease if it isn't managed properly over the coming months, so let's address it now.

Reducing salt in your diet and staying physically active can help lower your blood pressure without relying only on medication alone.

Even gentle walking, maybe fifteen minutes a day around your neighbourhood, can help. I'll also start you on a low-dose tablet for your blood pressure.
