Hepatitis B Follow-Up Consultation
Nurse (speaking English) and 病人 (speaking Persian) talk through “Hepatitis B Follow-Up Consultation”. You interpret both ways — English into Persian, and Persian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for coming in, Mrs. Rostami. I have your recent blood test results from Liverpool Hospital ready to discuss today.
سلام خانم پرستار، ممنون که وقت گذاشتید. کمی نگرانم، آیا وضعیت کبدم بد شده؟
Your liver function tests are stable, which is good news. However, your viral load has increased slightly since your last visit six months ago.
یعنی باید داروی جدیدی شروع کنم؟ نمیخواهم دارویی مصرف کنم که عوارض زیاد داشته باشد.
Not necessarily. If your levels keep rising, we may start antiviral tablets, but for now we'll monitor you closely with more frequent tests.
همسرم و بچههایم چطور؟ آیا باید واکسن هپاتیت بی بزنند تا از آنها محافظت شود؟
Yes, they should be tested first, then vaccinated if they're not already immune. The vaccine is available through your GP or a community health centre.
آیا این آزمایشها رایگان هستند یا باید هزینهای بپردازیم؟ ما مدارک مهاجرتی جدیدی داریم.
Testing is usually bulk-billed under Medicare, so there shouldn't be an out-of-pocket cost for eligible visits. I'll confirm your eligibility before booking anything.
اخیراً کمی خستهتر از قبل شدهام. آیا لازم است به متخصص گوارش ارجاع داده شوم؟
That fatigue could be related, so I'll refer you to a gastroenterologist at Liverpool Hospital for further assessment within the next four weeks.
متشکرم خانم پرستار. لطفاً وقت ملاقات را برایم هماهنگ کنید، من آمادهام.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- medicareهمان کلمه انگلیسی «Medicare» را بدون ترجمه بگویید، چون یک نام رسمی است.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Persian dialogues · All languages
