Thanks for coming in today, Mr Rostami. Can you tell me how you've been feeling over the past few weeks?
چند هفتهست که خیلی احساس ناراحتی میکنم، شبا خوب نمیخوابم و هیچ انرژیای ندارم.
Have you noticed any changes in your appetite or sleep, or any thoughts of harming yourself? It's important that you tell me honestly.

Based on everything you've told me today, this sounds like moderate depression. I'd like to set up a Mental Health Treatment Plan under Medicare for you.
