Thanks for coming in, Mr Rostami. I've reviewed your ECG results, and I'd like to talk through the chest tightness you've been experiencing this week.
سلام خانم. وقتی از پلهها بالا میروم، یک فشار سنگین وسط سینهام حس میکنم که چند دقیقه طول میکشد و وقتی مینشینم بهتر میشود.
That tightness during exertion, relieved by rest, is angina. If it happens again, use your GTN spray - up to three doses, five minutes apart - then call triple zero if pain continues.
باشه، حتماً اسپری رو همراهم نگه میدارم. راستی، اگه مجبور بشم آمبولانس خبر کنم، هزینهاش با منه یا رایگانه؟
Triple zero calls themselves aren't charged, but ambulance transport isn't automatically free in NSW unless you hold ambulance cover or a concession card.

I'll refer you to a cardiologist at Liverpool Hospital; you should be seen within four weeks, sooner if your symptoms become more frequent.

If the pain lasts more than ten minutes despite the spray, don't wait for the appointment - call triple zero straight away, any time, day or night.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Triple Zeroبگویید «صفر صفر صفر» یا همان «Triple Zero» و عدد را به صورت 000 بیان کنید.
- Ambulance coverبگویید «پوشش بیمه آمبولانس» و در صورت نیاز توضیح دهید که این جدا از Medicare است.
- Concession cardبهتر است بگوییم «کارت تخفیف رفاهی» یا فقط اصطلاح انگلیسی concession card را نگه داریم و کوتاه توضیح دهیم.
