Thanks for coming in to the Campbelltown office, Mrs Brar. I see your order went to your old address on 15 October. What happened?
I'm sorry about that. Our record still shows your old address. Do you know who has the three cartons now, and are they unopened?
Yes, please collect them yourself today, and keep them sealed. I'll tell the supplier, but I can't promise a replacement if anything is damaged. Which delivery instructions should I record?
I'll update it to unit 24, with a note: phone before delivery, don't leave cartons outside. Could you confirm your street name and mobile number?
Thank you, Lindesay Street, unit 24. It's updated. Before each order we'll call you. Is there a time you're usually home?
Mornings are noted. Yes, a neighbour can accept if you give me their name. Otherwise, the driver needs your signature and won't leave them. Shall I read the notes back?
