Mr Brar, your file says you had a severe antibiotic reaction on the ninth of September. What would you like corrected?
ਸਿਸਟਰ ਜੀ, ਇਹ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨੌਂ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬਾਹਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਖਾਰਸ਼ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾਣੇ ਨਿਕਲੇ ਸਨ, ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਰਹੇ। ਮੈਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
