Good morning, I'm Detective Sarah Harding from NSW Police. Your shop caught fire last night around 11 pm. Can you walk me through what happened before you locked up?
ਸਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਰਾਤ ਨੌਂ ਵਜੇ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸਾਰੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੌਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਗਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
Did you notice anything unusual—any threats, arguments, or people hanging around the shop recently? Also, do you have insurance on the premises?

Do you have CCTV cameras installed at the shop? If any footage exists, it could help us identify who was responsible.

The investigation usually takes about ten working days. Fire and Rescue NSW will examine the site and provide a report confirming the cause of the fire.
