Can you describe the chest pain you've been having — is it tight, heavy, or sharp, and how long does each episode usually last?

How often does this happen each week, and does the pain ease with rest or after using your nitro spray?

They'll likely order an ECG and possibly a stress test. If the pain lasts longer than ten minutes or spreads to your arm, call triple zero immediately.

Please don't drive if you feel any chest discomfort. Light walking three times a week is fine, but avoid heavy exertion until we see the specialist.
