Thank you for coming in today, Mr Bandara — I'd like to go through your mother's recent memory assessment results together before we plan next steps.

The tests show your mother has moderate dementia, which explains her memory lapses and confusion. I'd like to refer her to My Aged Care for a home support assessment.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
