Mrs. Wongsawat, thanks for coming in today. Before your mastectomy next month, I'd like to discuss the breast reconstruction options available to you, including implants and tissue flap surgery.

Both methods are safe, but flap surgery uses your own tissue and takes about five hours, while implant surgery is quicker, roughly two hours.
