Mr. Kovalenko, your scan at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital shows a liver tumour measuring four centimetres near the right lobe. We need to discuss your treatment options carefully today.

If the biopsy confirms the tumour hasn't spread to nearby blood vessels or lymph nodes, we can schedule surgery within three weeks at the hospital.
А якщо біопсія покаже, що пухлина поширилася на судини, що тоді? Наскільки небезпечна сама операція?
Surgery isn't suitable if the cancer has already spread beyond the liver, but chemotherapy or targeted therapy can still help control the disease effectively.
