Hi, I'm Sarah from the SDA union. We're visiting the Woolworths Distribution Centre in Wagga Wagga this week. Are you interested in joining, Andriy?

Membership costs about eight dollars fifty a week, deducted straight from your pay. It covers legal support, wage negotiation, and workplace safety representation for members.

If a dispute arises, we can represent you directly with management. Non-members don't get the same bargaining protection during enterprise agreement negotiations, unfortunately.

Yes, we're currently negotiating a new enterprise agreement. If you join before the vote next month, you'll actually have a say in the outcome.
