Take a seat, Mrs Kovalenko. Your general protections complaint about age discrimination at the Dandenong warehouse is now registered with the Fair Work Commission.

There's no blanket protection from dismissal simply because your claim is active. The law only prohibits dismissal if it's adverse action taken because you made this complaint.
Зрозуміло. А якщо роботодавець скаже, що це просто скорочення посади, а не через мою скаргу? Як довести, що звільнення пов'язане саме з цим?
If you're dismissed, the employer must prove the real reason wasn't your complaint - the law reverses that onus. You'd have 21 days to lodge a dismissal dispute.
