Mr Kovalenko fell from a ladder at his workplace in Wollongong on Tuesday and hit his head. Can you describe how he's been feeling since then?
Він скаржиться на сильний головний біль і запаморочення. Учора його один раз знудило, і він забув, що їв на сніданок. Ще каже, що світло дуже ріже очі.
Did he lose consciousness at any point, and if so, for how long? Has he had any seizures since the fall?
Він втратив свідомість, здається, на дві хвилини, коли впав. Судом не було, але після цього він був дуже дезорієнтований і не міг пригадати, що сталося.
We need a CT scan at Nepean Hospital to check for bleeding or swelling. If he doesn't rest properly, symptoms could worsen significantly.

Most mild brain injuries recover within two to six weeks. He shouldn't drive or return to work until his neurologist clears him.

Paracetamol is fine, but avoid ibuprofen or aspirin, as they increase bleeding risk. He should also avoid alcohol completely until he's fully recovered.
