Before your gallbladder surgery on Thursday, I need to ask some detailed questions about your health history. Have you had any previous operations, hospital admissions, or serious illnesses?

Thank you very much. Are you currently taking any medications regularly, and do you have allergies to medicines, foods, latex, or anaesthetic drugs?
