What's been going on with these headaches, Mr. Georgiev? When did they first start, and how severe would you say they are, out of ten?
Okay. How many days a week are you getting these headaches, and roughly how long does each episode last for you, on average?
Have you noticed any fever, changes in your vision, nausea, or sensitivity to light recently when the headaches happen?
I'd like to arrange a CT scan for you at Sunshine Hospital, along with some routine blood tests, just to rule things out.
The scan results should be ready within five business days, and since this appointment is bulk-billed through Medicare, there's no out-of-pocket cost for you.
In the meantime, take paracetamol as needed, but if the headache doesn't improve within 48 hours, please go straight to Emergency at Sunshine Hospital.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Bulgarian dialogues · All languages
