Good morning, Mrs Sharma. Before we start, can you tell me how long you and your husband have been separated, and whether you have any children together?
Namaste, hum log lagbhag do saal se alag rehte hain, aur humara ek beta hai jo saat saal ka hai.
In Australia, you need to be separated for at least 12 months before you can apply for a divorce, even if you still live in the same house during that time.
Toh kya iska matlab hai ki agar hum ek hi ghar mein rehte hain, tab bhi hum divorce ke liye apply kar sakte hain?
Once you meet that requirement, you can file your divorce application online through the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the process usually takes a few months.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
