Mr. Kumar, you've been formally charged with manslaughter over the incident that occurred on 14 March. Your first court hearing is scheduled at Parramatta Local Court next Tuesday morning.

Manslaughter means the death was not intentional, unlike murder. The prosecution must prove there was no intent to kill.
