Welcome to the warehouse team. I'm the union delegate here at the supermarket warehouse. Have you thought about joining the union for support with your wages and conditions?

It's not compulsory, but I'd recommend it. The union can help if there's ever a dispute with rostering, unfair treatment, or unpaid overtime.

The membership fee is ten dollars a week, deducted straight from your pay. You can cancel anytime, and there's no lock-in contract.

Your employer won't automatically know you've joined. Under the Fair Work Act, they can't discriminate against you for being a union member.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
