Thanks for holding, Mrs Kovács. I can see you're calling about a rejected hospital claim — could you tell me exactly what happened?
Igen, köszönöm. A múlt héten volt egy térdműtétem a Nepean Kórházban, de most azt mondták, hogy a biztosításom nem fedezi, mert ez egy már meglévő betegségnek számít.
When did you first take out hospital cover with HCF, and did you recently upgrade it to a higher level of cover?

Unfortunately, when you upgrade your level of cover, a new twelve-month waiting period applies to any pre-existing condition, even if you were already a member.
