Thanks for coming in today, Mr. Kovács. Could you please describe the hay fever symptoms you've been experiencing since spring began, and how severe they've felt this week?
Köszönöm, doktornő. Szeptember eleje óta tüsszögök, viszket és könnyezik a szemem, és állandóan bedugul az orrom, főleg amikor kint vagyok a kertben.
Are you currently taking any medication for these symptoms, and have you ever been diagnosed with asthma or other allergies?
Igen, szedek egy antihisztamin tablettát minden nap, de nem sokat segít. Asztmám nincs, és korábban sem volt allergiám semmire.
I'd suggest starting a corticosteroid nasal spray — two sprays in each nostril, once daily, for at least two weeks to see significant improvement.

The nasal spray shouldn't cause drowsiness, but your current antihistamine tablets might — please don't drive if you feel sleepy afterwards.
