Thanks for coming in today—your GP at Bendigo Health referred you for a weight management review, so let's start by talking about what's been happening lately with your health.
Before we go further, could you tell me your current weight and height, so I can calculate your BMI accurately?
That's helpful, thank you. Now, can you walk me through what you typically eat on a normal weekday, from breakfast through dinner?
The Heart Foundation recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. How much walking or exercise do you currently manage?
If you don't have any knee or joint pain, we could start with short walks three times a week and build up gradually.
I'll refer you to an exercise physiologist and book a follow-up in six weeks to check your progress and adjust the plan.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Japanese dialogues · All languages
