Mrs. Tanaka, thank you for coming in today. Can you please tell me more about how you've been feeling since your husband's accident last month?
夫が事故に遭ってから、夜もほとんど眠れず、涙が止まらないんです。仕事にも集中できなくて、とても辛いです。
I'd like to set up a Mental Health Treatment Plan for you, so you can see a psychologist and claim a Medicare rebate for up to ten sessions this year.
その心理カウンセラーの費用はどうなりますか？毎回、全額を先に払わないといけないのでしょうか？
Some psychologists bulk-bill, but not all clinics do, so you may need to pay the gap fee and claim the rebate afterwards.
日本語が話せるカウンセラーはいらっしゃいますか？もしいなければ、うまく気持ちを伝えられるか心配です。
I can refer you to a psychologist who works with interpreters through TIS National, so language won't be a barrier.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- medicare固有名詞としてそのまま「Medicare」と言う。日本の健康保険とは制度が異なるため『健康保険』と訳さず、Medicareのまま伝えるのが安全。
- gap fee「ギャップ費用」または「差額自己負担金」と訳す。
- tis national「TIS National」は固有名詞なのでそのまま英語で発音し、必要なら「通訳サービスのTIS National」と補足すると分かりやすいです。
