What's been going on with your headaches lately, and how long have you been experiencing them before coming in to see me today?
頭痛は十日前から始まって、特に右のこめかみのあたりがずきずき痛みます。
Do you notice any nausea, changes in vision, or any sensitivity to light or sound when these headaches occur?

It depends on the referral type — some scans are bulk-billed under Medicare, but you may have an out-of-pocket cost of around $150 if it isn't.

Book your follow-up appointment with me two weeks after the scan, once the radiologist's report comes back, so we can go through the results together.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- medicare固有名詞としてそのまま「Medicare」と言う。日本の健康保険とは制度が異なるため『健康保険』と訳さず、Medicareのまま伝えるのが安全。
- emergency department「救急部門」または「救急外来」と説明的に訳すのが適切。頭字語のEDが出た場合も同様に訳す。
