Mr Chhun, I'm calling from Bupa about your recent extras claim - we can't approve it in its current form.

The receipt only shows a total amount - Bupa needs an itemised invoice listing each procedure and its individual cost before we can process the claim.

A phone call should be enough - ask the clinic, for example Smile Bright Dental in Blacktown, to send you an invoice itemising each treatment and its cost.
